1996

A.Y.N. was incorporated in 1996 and served the first customer Lloyd Textile from the Li & Fung Group.

1999

After 3 years of successful business partnership with Lloyd Textile, A.Y.N. started to serve several other customers in Europe and Asia. By the end of 1999, A.Y.N. served around 10 main customers.

2000

Freudenberg & Vilene International Limited acquired 51% of A.Y.N.’s interest and incorporated Attrix Company Limited.

2002

Freudenberg & Vilene International Limited backed out of the equity holding contract and resigned the management director position. By the end of 2002 A.Y.N. served 16 main customers.

2003

Mr. and Mrs. Doodt, who managed A.Y.N. since 1996, left Hong Kong to establish a new subsidiary by the name of A.Y.N. (Deutschland) GmbH & Co. KG in Germany to increase the proximity to the European market.

2004

A.Y.N. initiated business cooperation with Bodo Jagdberg GmbH, one of the leading buttons and accessories suppliers in Europe.

2008

An office joint venture company has been established in Turkey by the name of A.Y.N. and Jagdberg Accessories Foreign Trade Limited.

By the end of 2008, A.Y.N. handled more than 30 main-customers worldwide.

2009

To further increase customer proximity, A.Y.N. established two branches in Indonesia and Bangladesh.

2011

In 2011 A.Y.N. established its new office in Shenzhen, China, in order to offer VAT invoices in RMB and to guarantee a fast local delivery.

Furthermore, A.Y.N. cooperated with HSD Zipper Co. Limited and took the role of the sole agent for the European market to exclusively distribute their zipper products. For marketing, a new branch was founded by the name of HSD Zipper Europe, which is managed by A.Y.N. (Deutschland) GmbH & Co. KG and is headquartered in Bremen, Germany.
