1996

A.Y.N. Accessories Trading Limited was found in 1996 and served the first customer Lloyd Textile from the Li & Fung Group.

1997

End of this year A.Y.N. reached a headcount of 14 colleagues and occupied the half 24th Floor at the Cheung Hing Shing Centre.

1999

After 3 years of successful business partnership with Lloyd Textile, A.Y.N. started to serve several other customers in Europe and Asia. End of 1999 A.Y.N. employed 22 colleagues, served around 10 main-Customers and occupied the whole 24th Floor.

2000

Freudenberg & Vilene International Limited took over 51% of A.Y.N. Accessories Trading Limited and incorporated Attrix Company Limited. End of this year A.Y.N. occupied 2 Floors of the Cheung Hing Shing Centre.

2002

Freudenberg & Vilene International Limited stepped back from the package dealing concept and withdrew as Director from A.Y.N.. End of the year 2002 A.Y.N. served 16 main-customers.

2003

In the year 2003 Mr. and Mrs. Doodt, who managed A.Y.N. since 1996, left Hong Kong to open a new company called A.Y.N. (Deutschland) GmbH & Co. KG in Germany.

2004

A.Y.N. started a business partnership with Bodo Jagdberg GmbH, one of the leading buttons and accessories suppliers in Europe.

2008

Two office joint venture companies have been opened in the much requested countries Turkey and India. A.Y.N. and Jagdberg Accessories Foreign Trade Limited has been established in Istanbul and A.Y.N. and Jagdberg accessories India Private Limited has started the business in New Delhi.

3.5 Floors of the Cheung Hing Shing Centre is occupied by A.Y.N. Accessories Trading Limited in Hong Kong Over 100 colleagues are serving more than 30 main-customers worldwide.
